1) It is a play on words- taken from Trumps new “blog” The Desk of Donald J. Trump
2) Stefani’s ridiculous claim to believe the election was stolen just to gain favoritism and get Trumps “Blessing”

She went to Harvard and we know is smarter than that.

3) being under the desk applies to each of the republicans that dare to ignore the truth that Biden won the election just so that Trump is nice to them. It applies to both male and female republicans that fall into that description, and admirably Liz Cheney ain’t one of them.
