Woo hoo.
CDC approved Pfizer and my pharmacist said the system should be set to not kick out our14 year old son from booking an appointment either tomorrow or Friday once corporate fixed the website.
He has a chance for a normal summer.

The first three will be vaccinated as soon as their parents manage it, and I'm expecting once again a lightening of the background worry that's become normal. Another's almost 4, entering pre-K in August, and it seems likely he'll be vaccinated this year also.

(21,596 posts)Soon, maybe in 2022, 6 month to 2 year olds will be vaccinated too!
I expect all babies, toddlers, and school age children will be routinely vaccinated, including yearly booster shots, going forward.

CVS & Walgreens will also provide the vaccine to 12-15 year olds, but it might be next week before the corporate offices give the go ahead.
I found the first available place to get my child vaccinated!

At the rate the former guy was vaccinating folks I wouldn't have had mine until at least September.
