Marjorie Taylor Greene isn't one for "fine distinctions".

And I wish that Elie Wiesel were still alive to bitch-slap her on this statement.

Someone needs to bring her down. She has no shame whatsoever. Double- and triple-downs on EVERYTHING and I don't think I've ever heard an apology from her.

Instead of being given the choice of standing by her comments or not (easy choice for any Republican), how about:

"Marjorie, do you believe there is a strong parallel between the plight of an American being mandated to wear a mask in a supermarket today and that of a Jewish person detained in a concentration camp in the 1930's?"

I really think that society is doomed until we shake off the fleas of organized religion once and for all.

There is no "Satan".
There are no devils or demons or gods.

We live in a immense, unfathomably large universe and it is tribal-era nonsense to continue worshipping imaginary friends and teaching fear and terror to children of imaginary enemies and ignoring the real ones in our midst.

Until and unless this kind of tripe is expunged from the mouths of so-called "leaders" and representatives, there is no hope for humanity to overcome the myriad of problems both happening now and on the horizon.
