Took a Trip up toward North Western PA North of Pittsburgh. I was seeing a cousin of mine she is a beautician fully vaccinated and understand my fear of going into Salons but I haven't had my hair trim/cut/done in basically a year and a half She was in town visiting her mother she hadn't seen in 2 years she had cut it styled it and even colored it. she had 4 shades for me to pick from. I felt comfortable her mother is vaccinated cousin is vaccinated and she did my hair in my aunt's home.

However on the way up we took route 18 since major construction on 79 and with Memorial we didn't want to get stuck in traffic. so we pass thru a lot of small towns- A lot going in and out of shops unmasked. I then started seeing several billboards with #Unmask PA. One said Wake up. One said "The Real Cure" and the # Unmask PA. Supposedly PA is 70% vaccinated (Edit: I was under the belief it was 70 I was corrected the actual number is 40%) but I'm beginning to truly wonder if the percentage is accurate.

I personally will continue to mask but my biggest fear is a Covid mutation that is totally immune to the vaccine and we are back in the boat. only 50% of the country is vaccinated I really nervous.

3. Your last paragraph expresses my concern too.

Most around my neck of the woods are adhering to protocols and will still be wearing masks and distancing. Out state has done a great job getting people vaccinated but there are still idiots out there who have not had the shot. I will, as will others, keep my mask on and my distance wherever possible. No-one knows where this is going.

These billboards are popping up all around my rural area.

My question, as always, is "Who is paying for all this propaganda and what is their motive?"

10. The geographical differences are startling

I live outside of Pittsburgh in the other direction. This last week in the South Hills Whole Foods near Pittsburgh, everyone was masked. 20 miles to the south in red territory, nearly everyone at the Washington Giant Eagle was unmasked. I’m betting that Washington or Greene County will see a major outbreak very soon.

11. I live in the Washington Greene counties area Yeah my Husband and I

are expecting another outbreak soon. The billboards I haven't see in the area. I will say up north they made signs at the sheetz saying mask optional. Husband had to go in and paid for gas before coming home and grab drinks and snack for the road. majority customers maskless. We didn't get anything. We have taken to ordering everything we can We did go to a wine & Spirit shop I came home showered and rewashed the hair just done and Lysol clothes we wore. Dyer not working right have to go to mother in law until dyer is fixed.
