If HR1 somehow miraculously passes

If Manchin and Sinema come around on the filibuster just for this “one-time” bill and some form of this bill is passed, is it safe to say State Republican Attorney Generals will sue and this will eventually end up at the SCOTUS

HR1 contradicts their voting laws and its sovereignty to run their elections

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Early voting for federal but come back on Election Day for state elections. Oh won’t that be just fun. Yes repugs will do something like this.

you would think even repubs would realize it and back off like they are doing in Texas after they saw that it was going to after their voters badly as well..
