Tell those who are offered and refuse the vaccinations:

1. They paid for those vaccinations through through their federal taxes.
2. The vaccinations reserved for them are expiring and will become useless.
3. Before they expire, Pres. Biden is giving them to poor countries, including Africa.

2. We should not try to convince Americans to take the vaccines either.

So....just let perfectly good vaccines expire?
