3. He still
has that same constipation face, doesn't matter whether or not he's talking about cereal or politics. Wonder if his kids just want to smack him.

6. I didn't listen, but I can imagine....
„Now, I‘m not a belligerent man. I was just sitting somewhere with my shirt off, minding my own business, when this guy in a white coat and a syringe shows up out of nowhere, and jams it into my upper arm. I remained still, of course, so the needle wouldn‘t break off inside my arm. He then told me it was the first round of Covid vaccine. And here I was thinking it was some new recreational opiate!
„The only way to remove it would be to amputate my arm, so I reluctantly let it slide. By sheer coincidence, a month later, I was again sitting somewhere, again with my shirt off. The same guy shows up with another syringe and injects me again! I told him that if he did it again, I‘d call him a Libbrul on my show. Well! THAT did the trick, and he never tried it again. For my part, I am done with sitting around with my shirt off. No reason to tempt these maniacs any further than is necessary, right? So don‘t worry, America. I am as against getting vaccinated as I ever was! And why? The virus never existed in the first place. HAIL DONALD!“ |

7. Not a caption
My daughter and I tune into his show a couple times a week and laugh at it.
Last week I think he had Mark Levin on. Mark has a new book out. Everyone has anew book out. The “interview” consisted of Tucker saying he liked the book and then some sort of setup for Mark. The next 5-7 minutes was Levin just going off on an increasingly red faced diatribe rant of a laundry list of everything that’s suddenly changed and how it will be the end of everything as we’ve known it. Back to Tucker finally, “thanks Mark. After the break....” We were dying watching Levin go off and then we both looked at each other “THAT was an interview????” |

9. Family bonding over the grave of the intellect.
At least we can smile.
Did you see Lucky with Harry Dean Stanton? The speech toward the end (not theatrical, not a stem-winder) is the atheists' answer to what our responsibility ultimately is. To smile. And I'd add to that Robert Duncan's phrasing when he wrote that the poet's responsibility is to maintain the ability to respond. That's not just for writers, of course. But you know that already |
