Florida hits 10,000 cases a day ... weekly vaccination rates continue to drop.

As Florida hits 10,000 cases a day, experts seek more COVID data from state

Let ‘em die and poke ‘em with a sharp stick @ the same time too? As Florida hits 10,000 cases a day, experts seek more COVID data from state …. At the same time, weekly vaccination rates continue to drop.

Proof that there is a God, a JAA bees USSS, or anything in the buy-BULL is true ….. zero.

Proof that science is real, vaccines work, and that Anthony Fauci knows what he is talking about …. 100%.

And Florida is now trying to hide the data on the disease too. I never thought i would see the day that a political party,
rich right wingers, Christian Evangelicals, and “news” organizations would be betting that spreading death and disease
are good things in order to keep power.

BTW all those mother fuckers on Fox & News Max have all gotten the vaccine too. You know that DeSantis and his family have gotten the vaccine too.

Charge 'em with murder.

Coronavirus cases have tripled in the past two weeks in Florida and there’s no sign the resurgent pandemic will slow down.

There were 73,119 new infections reported between July 16 and Thursday, according to the latest seven-day report released by the state on Friday. That’s an average of more than 10,000 infections per day, a number not seen since early February.

Hospitalizations have also doubled in the past two weeks to nearly 800 confirmed admission every day, on average. Deaths have followed, increasing by 64 percent over the same time span, but still remain far below levels seen at the peak of the pandemic.

snip

At the same time, weekly vaccination rates continue to drop as new patients become harder and harder to reach. The number of first-time vaccine recipients fell to just over 100,000, the lowest since June.

(and now Florida and DeSantis want to hide the data)

The Florida Department of Health also stopped sharing key demographic data points with the public, such as hospitalizations, infections in nursing homes, and county level infections and vaccinations by race, age and gender. At that time, health officials said this change reflected a new phase of the pandemic as cases fell.

DeSantis is not working for the benefit of Floridians, he is seeking the far right vote all across the country. The problem is that there are just too many Republicans in the state to send him back to what ever rock he crawled out from under. Maybe God, will recall him. The only good that could possibly come from DeSantis is if he gets into a serious pissing contest with Trump and causes strife and division in the party of the American Elephant Fascists.

I wish that all of America would go "The French Way.*" Be vaccinated or stay home.

PARIS — France's parliament approved a law early Monday requiring special virus passes for all restaurants and domestic travel and mandating vaccinations for all health workers.

Both measures have prompted protests and political tensions. President Emmanuel Macron and his government say they are needed to protect vulnerable populations and hospitals as infections rebound and to avoid new lockdowns.

The law requires all workers in the health care sector to start getting vaccinated by Sept. 15, or risk suspension. It also requires a "health pass" to enter all restaurants, trains, planes and some other public venues. It initially applies to all adults, but will apply to everyone 12 and older starting Sept. 30.

To get the pass, people must have proof they are fully vaccinated, recently tested negative or recently recovered from the virus. Paper or digital documents will be accepted. The law says a government decree will outline how to handle vaccination documents from other countries.

5. Sorry, some of us do believe in God

We also believe that He/She gave us brains and the capacity to use them beyond making stone hand axes and munching on the first green leaf that we saw. We even believe that God made some of us clever enough to make effective vaccines and help provide us the wisdom to get vaccinated.

I may believe that Florida’s Governor and his elected and unelected enablers may bear the bulk of the responsibility for the carnage wrought by the COVID-19 VIRUS, but the ultimate responsibility is shared by those hundreds of thousands of Florida voters who voted for DeSantis and his fellow Republicans. They helped bring the current health catastrophe down on their heads.

7. Florida needs to initiate a new policy saying that free vaccinations will end in two weeks

that insurance will no longer cover the unvaccinated's health care cost, and going forward the cost of the shot would be $1,000 per shot, That would bring in the fence hangers in droves. Of course, that would require leadership from someone who actually gave a damn.

Of course, DeSantis is happy with the growing numbers of victims. He hopes that the virus will come back and wreck the economy, so that he will be able to blame the bad economy on Biden.
