He comes from money, he wants prestige, nevermind how; staying in the public eye is what he craves, whether he sensationalize stories or twist facts. Can you see why he's such a big supporter for that TFG.

we try to capture our subjects' deviousness, stupidity, dishonesty, cupidity, twisted rage, etc., for satirical purposes (like SNL).

So Tucker didn't say this, but he would have, perhaps, if he thought he could get away with it.
