Well then, how many things can a state deputize its citizens to undertake?

Could the same kind of law apply to voting, drinking, smoking...
If a woman drinks alcohol or overdoses on drugs at three months pregnant and her child aborts or if it becomes a matter of saving the life of the mother or the child can the doc be charged if he saves the life of the mother? Can the mother be charged for aiding the abortions by overdosing?

This shit is ridiculous. This ought to be the act that gives us 11 justices.
