Time to allow people to sue those who refuse vaccines/wearing masks

Time to fight against these abortion bans by having the Feds and Democratic states pass laws allowing citizens to sue anyone that refuses the Covid vaccine or refuses to wear masks.

Let's see the outrage from the fascists on the Supreme Court and the Christian terrorists when they can be bankrupted for not getting vaccinated or wearing masks.

In both cases, of course, it's a totally insane type of law.

At least anyone who doesn't want to get COVID, however, and/or wants to keep family members safe from COVID, has more reason to be granted standing to sue the unvaccinated, based on threat of personal harm, than any old random person who doesn't like abortion has reason to be granted standing under the Texas law.

I'd really love to see someone pass such a law, just to force the insanity of this legal standard to be put to the test.

Standing was the thing that got Trump out of all his lawsuits back then because the court said no one (including congress) has the standing. But somehow, anyone has standing to sue anyone for having abortion. It's beyond crazy and stupid.
