That has not been tested yet. The Supreme Court declined to issue an injunction - which is not the same as declaring the scheme is legal.

And - part of that scheme depended on the bill that authorized the bounty hunters ALSO making the activity illegal. There isn't any national legislation making working while unvaccinated illegal.
