To get 15000 people from a Caribbean island to the Brazilian mainland is an immense undertaking. Either 50 long haul airliners or a couple dozen moderately sized ships. Then the whole group to one spot on the Texas-Mexican border?

This was neither spontaneous nor disorganized. Quite the contrary. It was well-coordinated with a few million dollars’ worth of prior planning. Instead of donating the money to charitable organizations on the ground in Haiti, it was spent in a deliberate scheme to create one more contrived headache for the Biden administration.
