Where the Crazy Things Are
Here is our lack of reality. The nonsense of conservative belief at one time had points of contact with the ground and reality. Now there is nothing to hold it up. All conservative theory has been broken and the total lack of ethics disguised as mainstream values has been exposed.
The reason calculating folk like Abbot can still pay the bills while not appearing to have a single clue is that their private life may still have moments of clarity but their public life rests on lies, resting on twisted truth, resting on disproved theories, resting on selfishness and hate. They have stepped off the pier and there are no more slats to stand on. They don't know what to say or argue. They sound like idiots because they don't want to say out loud and clear, the only arguments they have left. Selfishness, Hate, fear, false pride, false patriotism, false dignity, and fake faith are all they have left. Their bravery is in the form of a suicide charge with automatic weapons into a crowd of innocent people who are just trying to keep things together.
These are the folk that defend someone born rich with a big truck altered to spew noxious vapors on command attacking people on bicycles.
At this moment we can now see the color of the roots and the color is the most frightening shade of white. Selfishness and hate are all that is left when you filter out the nonsense. Those who have lived for their team thinking they had values would have to give up family, friends and their twisted version of faith to be able to escape the lies. Even when they look up the pit they dug is so crooked that the sun and stars no longer show.
We live in the land Where the Crazy Things Are. Be careful out there.
