When he's actually in a courtroom, on trial, then I'll believe otherwise. Meanwhile, he's out there enjoying life at one of his clubs.

The coup plan really required a lot of moving parts to all work, and if even one failed the whole thing would have stalled. As it was several of them failed, not least of all Pence even if Dan Quayle did have to advise him to do the right thing. But had Pence gone along there were other obstacles.

They're a private company. Trump doesn't have "Executive Privilege" at YouTube

It's really not an "above the law" case....

It's just Trump suing somebody again and losing.
