3. Industry lobbyists writing their own legislation is entitlement. Corporations not paying taxes

is entitlement. Union busting is entitlement. Paying subsistence wages while lobbying to cut welfare and safety nets is entitlement. Legalized bribery is entitlement. Getting appointed to the Supreme Court despite allegations of rape, substance abuse, gambling addiction, the unexplained liquidation of debts, and with zero independent vetting is entitlement. Plotting to overturn an election and inciting an insurrection with no apparent consequences is entitlement.

That is to say, the general welfare, not the Christian welfare, or the Republican welfare, the gun owner welfare or the billionaires' welfare.
