Here's the thing: if she is okay with what he's up to, because they both agree about that, then it is nobody's place to expect her to be offended. That's the trump card (for rational people who respect the autonomy of others), and she doesn't play it.

But if she isn't a consenting party in the situation then she looks like a jerk for trying to minimize it. If he betrayed you, he betrayed you. Just say so.

The "we're all sinners" line can also be rephrased as "don't judge me, bro" but that shit falls flat when the whole premise is that you've got a list of absolute right/wrong rules in the first place. Don't claim some knowledge of absolute, unerring moral precepts and then tell others they can't hold you to them.
