Solidarity or We Lose

/onrant

We are at risk of losing everything we have gained. Unless we work together, we will lose next November. It is that simple. And I'm seeing lots of signs that we are losing our solidarity right now. We managed to defeat TFG and eke out a miniscule majority in the Senate in 2020. That majority is just barely there, and requires the VP to break ties. That's what we have. We have the White house, which is good, but some on our own side are working to undermine even that.

We also have a fragile majority in the House. We are not in a power play position at all. We are in a precarious situation and we're not recognizing just how precarious things are.

We could lose it all in 2022 and 2024, simply by failing to stick together.

Let's not do that, OK?

I deleted a paragraph I wrote tbh. I am tired and pissed off at both ends of the Democratic spectrum.

From the you know who's here (far left) to the two you know who's on the other side.

Tired of this BS. Self sabotage at its best. Really tired of it.

And by that, you mean, "Do what I think is right or else."

That's right up there with, "if you're not with us, your against us."

two senators who aren't in solidarity with the rest. Clearly. I think we should discuss that and apply any possible influence to get them on board. What I don't think will work is calling them names. That seems counter-productive to me.
