(43,259 posts)4. a 1 billion usd infrastructure project employing 1,000 people is 1 million usd per job.
For 2 trillion usd you could fund 2,000 one billion usd projects (if 1,000 people employed per project, there is your 2 million jobs).
If you spend 30% of the total budget on labour salaries on that 1 billion usd/1000 worker project, and it lasts 5 years, that means an average wage of per worker of $60,000 per annum for 5 years.
