... about "voting irregularities", why are they putting their faith and their tax dollars into audits conducted by organizations that have absolutely no experience or expertise in the field?
If you really wanted to get to the bottom of possible vote fraud, why would you hire companies like Cyber Ninjas - a company that has never conducted an election audit, and freely admits that they've never done so?
If you truly want honest answers, why hire people who have already determined what those answers will ultimately be? And why would you dismiss their findings out-of-hand when their findings are not what you wanted to hear?

It's said that doing the same thing over and over while still expecting a different result is a sign of insanity.
No more needs to be said.

(52,195 posts)The right wing "concern" about the integrity of elections stems from their utter bafflement that their hero and savior lost. In their world, he was chosen by god and was the greatest president ever, so if he lost, there simply must have been fraud or error somewhere.
News distribution is so Balkanized these days that they can't ever believe he was unpopular, even though he polled below 50% every single week of his presidency, and they can't believe he was unpopular, even though he constantly insulted huge portions of America.

(25,841 posts)who should be investigating those "voting irregularities". They are concerned, and trust local officials to guide them. Unfortunately, that trust is very misguided, and they have no clue what they should be looking at.

(27,813 posts)If you were a Trumpster who truly believed election fraud could be proven, why would you think paying millions to a rinky-dink company like Cyber Ninjas was the way to go?
I guess it's just another case of common sense not kicking-in.
If an organization was charging millions to "get to the bottom" of an alleged fraud, I'd want to see a list of credentials a mile long.

(11,295 posts)(and I'm not picking on you or the point you make) I just don't think that this is (or ever was) a search for the truth. It's a massive con, and understood by most operatives as exactly that. And, to take it a step further, I just don't think that the GOP currently operate in a dimension where truth or fact are regarded as coin of the realm. In a word - it's irrelevant.

(27,813 posts)... know t's a con, and never was about finding a 'truth' they know doesn't exist.
But I'm still amazed at the 'true believers' out there who have never questioned that these 'audits' are being conducted by people with no experience or expertise.
