11. Duh, On Me!

Should have noticed it was IG.
But, the question still stands. So, I quit being lazy & looked it up.
It appears it means Instagram flagged the account or posts.
The color indicates the severity. Yellow, orange & red.
Then they have one or two words following flag to explain why the post/account was flagged.
If I'm interpreting this right, IG has flagged him for being a liar.
