Seems like, despite our thinking back then we knew what horrors Drumpf was up to, now every time we turn around something as bad or worse turns up.

If this is old news for many of our fellow DUers, well it's not for you, just for me and whoever else hadn't heard it.

Also seems like "journalism" is like click-bait, promises us "reasons" or details in a story, then jammers on with "background" and doesn't tell us the crux. For example, this item says MNUCHIN did something or other to block Ivanka, but then says nothing, like, what did he do, how did he do it, who was in the meetings, what foot stomping and hoarse voices were raised. Nothing.

What's interesting *now* is how this or that flying monkey on the inside blocked Drumpf on something - who blocked, how they did it.

As I said, the part about the old news here was not for those who were on top of it back then.

3. It wouldn't have happened. The US has the *informal* right to nominate the head of the World Bank

but if TFG has said "Ivanka", the rest of the world would have refused. It has to be someone with some sort of qualification, and there was no way you could claim that for her.

business) instead of spitting out the details of what the article was said to be about - what/how MNUCHIN did anything.
