It's always about promoting lies for the con, repeat then escalate with exaggerating the lies while claiming he and his followers are the victims. Then he repeats until they accept it. Then he uses threats to intimidate, and bully those who won't go along with his demands, which no matter what They do. He'll demand more. Then he'll make suggestions of violence, and has others repeat the message to his followers. Of course he'll say then he has no responsibility for any violence that does happen. The con is for donors money, and get it any way he can by conning others. He now is threatening all of the Republican Party, while donors are running away. He also demands he be protected from prosecution. So I expect he's been trying to get Supreme Court justices on his side, any way he can.

(2,114 posts)is a turning point. A particularly crass demand this time, but a crass beg nonetheless, and for the umpteenth time.
Meanwhile, actual violent Republican traitors are slowly, steadily being rounded up and brought to justice. In each case, the vile acts of hatred, violence, and destruction that they committed as they attacked America and American democracy, are slowly but surely being trotted out for factual examination. And condemnation. drip...drip...drip
My notion is that quietly in the background gobs of Republicans (not the hopeless totally deranged anti-vax freaks) are at last slowly awakening to the fugly fact that they are in bed with a fart-and-fire breathing malicious and compromised demon, in the person of a Slobby Mobby Casino Hustler.
The G.O.P. has degenerated to where it exists as a political party groveling on its knees to slobber all over--and to worship and obey--a contractor-stiffing Casino Hustler and his daily wankings.
Am I right? Time will tell.

(2,114 posts)Whining is the steady-state background tone of the Republican casino hustler and his cronies and comrades.
As everyone knows, he and they whine about everything. So unmanly. I mean...
Thus, I theorize that anyone who has ever had kids will have an innate antipathy to nerve-numbing whining, and will at least be subconsciously TRIGGERED. At some point the fundamentally annoying whine vibe may rise into actual consciousness. Maybe even awake enough to change the channel?
Whining is pissy, annoying, aggravating. But whining is the tune that's been playing in their heads from almost all Republican TV and radio, and it's what's routinely farted out of the mouth of their beloved Whiner-in-Chief, the "billionaire" draft-dodging casino hustler who made US taxpayers shell out hundreds of millions of hard-earned money so he could day-after-day indulge himself day-after-day in Gourmet Republican Golf.
Ceaseless whining is tiring. Lots of Repubes are way weary of whining. And having family members die from Republican/Russian COVID lies; that makes the horror show real. They are quietly backing away from the Whine Source, I suspect and hope.
