Schiff on Colbert right now. Said that ALL tfg's crimes need to be investigated and that he is "not

above the law.” Confidently used the request to fabricate Georgia votes as an example. Also remarked that ignoring subpoenas will land people in jail.

Didn’t concede that prosecution isn’t permitted during presidency, just said it’s clear that afterword is fair game.

Let's not forget that Adam also thought that TFG should have been convicted by the Senate, and was, in fact, the Lead Prosecutor in that failed effort.

I'm not holding my breath. And sadly, I feel it will come back to hurt the Democrats next year. Time will tell, but lovable as Charlie Brown is, nobody is going to believe he's gonna kick that football, UNTIL HE DOES.

So hopefully they will convict the Teflon Don II.

{John} Gotti became known as "The Dapper Don", for his expensive clothes and personality in front of news cameras. He was later given the nickname "The Teflon Don" after three high-profile trials in the 1980s resulted in his acquittal, though it was later revealed that the trials had been tainted by jury tampering, juror misconduct and witness intimidation.
