Ed Gainey (D) hasn't won yet, because the polls are still open until 9 p.m. But he's our Democratic candidate in a city that's about 80% D. His opponent Tony Moreno (R) doesn't stand much of a chance. In all honesty, this race was won in the primary, when the voters chose Ed Gainey over the incumbent Mayor Bill Perduto.
