...I have done a lot of trial work and Kyle right now looks really beaten up...you get a feel for when it turns and I hope I am right, but this is a different vibe.

...and the questions are right on.

One vic, maybe two...but this is now coming off as a slaughter and not self defense. IMO, of course.

First guy appears to have gone after Ritt.

The third victim, with a skateboard, seems to be best chance for conviction.

Not what I want to happen, but don’t think jurors will have much choice.
