It's no big deal...He doesn't have to testify. He will get a month in jail and a fine. He could plead guilty and get it reduced to a fine.

The real crooks never get punished in our corrupt ass government. There's rules for the little people and then rules for the other people. Bannon ain't one of the little people. I seriously doubt he'll actually face any real consequences. Democrats are too nice or too cowardly or both to hit these bastards hard.
