Trump was a disaster, and we're succeeding like no one's ever seen before.

We shouldn't forget to say that. Always be closing. Our product is great; theirs is garbage.

Keep the "dignified mode" criticism with its facts and decorum. Sure. Refer to Fred Trump's brat as "the former president" or his harem of political concubines as "the former administration or Republican Party leaders." But don't forget on occasion to sum up what a worthless schlub he is, what a bunch of sneaky, lying dogs his salespeople are, and how great we're doing.

Trump had the worst jobs record since Herbert Hoover. And he left the economy with the worst year for growth since 1947.

As a long, long time investor who keeps up on all the economic opinions from experts around the world, this inflation is going to accelerate and be around for likely 18-24 months. Food and gas prices will continue to rise. And whoever is in power will take all the blame.

Covid is making a comeback because of the winter weather and people indoors. By the time it peaks again and starts to recede it will be deep into campaign season. Repugs are hammering away about inflation, crime, borders, and the radical wokers teaching suburban kids bad things.

SO we can organize, work like hell, and try as best we can to stop this....but we also have to be mentally prepared for Speaker Mccarthy, the Biden-Harris impeachments, investigations of Pelosi's dog walker and everyone who ever talked to her.

Its coming, redistricting and horrible timing of the economic circumstances plus Repug expert at lying and messaging pretty much guarantee it.

True, we're going to have to counter the almost farcical lying and histrionic messaging of the gloom-and-doomers and wolf criers on the right. Nattering nabobs II.

But we'll have a lot going for us. We got a lot of the hard part of governing out of the way this year. Major successes with the two big economic bills and getting us out of Afghanistan, things Trump and his wannabe monkey-see-monkey-dos abjectly failed to deliver on.

We need to vote, sell, and message. Your post paints a helpful picture. It helps preview how angry we'll feel if we fail to make Trump, McCarthy, Gosar, Bannon, et ilk eat dirt. Not wanting that feeling is a great way to keep us sober and focused on winning. Combine that with our successes and the self-evident failure, lying hype, and worthlessness of the Republican "product," and I think we'll keep the House.
