found not guilty Im betting there are multiple lawyers standing in line for Mrs Rittenhouse to sue the Biden administration for calling her son a white supremacist.

She's been being fed bullshit from Gunners & Wingers & Propagandists with an exploitative agenda since the day after her juvenile son took a semi-automatic weapon into a riot and shot 2 people. She let her son fall in with legal con men and Proud Boys afterwards.
If I told her, I don't think she'd listen to reason at this point - she seems immersed in Conservative Victimhood.
1 second in a Biden campaign ad. The campaign is NOT THE ADMINISTRATION.
On the whole, we are a very litigious country.
which is why it popped in my head

(6,966 posts)He on trial for murder. Being found not guilty in murder says nothing about him being a white supremacist.
If she does sue
I cant wait for the discovery.

(29,812 posts)Of him with mommy in the Racine County bar, flashing signs and posing with yt supremacists.

(20,793 posts)I wouldn't be caught dead taking a photo with a known white supremacist, especially not flashing the white supremacist hand sign and wearing a t-shirt that says 'Free As Fuck". I also wouldn't drink 3 beers in a bar when I was underaged.

(29,812 posts)With his mother present.
Most murder suspects would have enough common sense to not cross a state line, drink in a public bar and then pose for photos. This kid is extremely cocky. He reminds you of that smug brat who constantly mouthed everyone and then got upset when someone took offense and retaliated. He's the type who acts like a bully but claims to be a victim when someone stands up.

Chille
(193 posts)That being the case from her perspective. I wouldnt be surprised if there are lawyers ready to go after the administration.
Torchlight
(4,252 posts)I doubt she will move forward with a meritless case, and instead just maintain her pretense for the sake of speaking engagements and low-grade publishing deals.
If he in fact said it, it would be more than easy for her to provide public substantiation of it, otherwise I'll just accept her words as dishonest and motivated by greed.
Chille
(193 posts)on something she said and I assume she believes it. With that said Im thinking she is going to start a lawsuit.

(29,812 posts)Who will absolutely start a frivolous lawsuit.
Supposedly she hasn't been employed since this happened and they'd moved to an undisclosed location that a few reports claim is a big step up from their old apartment. If Kyle wins he'll get donations for a few months until the newest Flavor of the Month comes along.
Let's be honest-neither Kyle or Wendy are photogenic and no makeover is going to make them shine for the camera. They will be discarded as others have over time. Frivolous lawsuits are what will keep her name in the public eye.
I fully expect her to sue the city and county, any number of news agencies, etc.

If she finds a huckster lawyer who takes her case, the end result is, at best, additional mocking of her and her family; I just don't see a viable legal path leading to her ever receiving a cash settlement.

(442 posts)Her claim stems from a tweet during the campaign. I can't figure out how to link the tweet, but here is what I found:
Her comments stem from a September 2020 video Biden tweeted that included an image of Kyle Rittenhouse carrying the rifle he used from the night of the shooting. The video also included several images of right-wing protests.
The tweet is in the article.

She's a fool who is obviously being coached by some other white supremacist; possibly a whole posse. Her kid is still guilty, still a little shit and hopefully going to prison. She should rot beside him, imo.

(2,219 posts)Rittenhouse could be found 'not guilty', and still be a white supremacist.
He could also be convicted, and still be a white supremacist.
Seems like the first things that would matter in this scenario is whether Biden said it all, and whether or not he was correct if he did say it.
And if it was found that Biden did say that, and was incorrect, some sort of damages would have to be proven.
Chille
