What's going on with the Jan 6 prosecutions?

I know that it sometimes gets asked why TFG hasn't been arrested and suggesting that Merrick Garland is asleep at the switch.
I'm putting up this link to a recent Marcy Wheeler column, who generally is all over the Jan. 6 cases. It's a long and kind of an in the weeds article. But in fact a lot is going on. Slowly a conspiracy case is being built focusing in particular on the east side of the Capitol, Alex Jones and the Oath keepers. They need people to cooperate. Will they ever get to Trump? Who knows. They are going where the evidence takes them:

{prosecutor} Pearce said (in an excerpt in the article from a court proceeding).

With reference to an unspecified person (but meaning tRump and the people tRump used) applying pressure on Pence to violate his legal duty.
