Despite all the naysayers, AG Garland is doing his job. This suit is just the first of many that will be filed over attempts to block voters from going to the polls next year. It's very, very important work for the DOJ.

How the suits will go in Federal Courts is still unknown, and it will depend on which district and what judge hears the case, but voter issues have always been a strong case. Will these cases end up in the SCOTUS? Hard to say, actually.

But the DOJ is at work doing the people's business.
