Does anyone have knowledge of what RW media is telling people?

Specifically about the booster?

Two double vaxxed family members are refusing to get the booster. Both saying the exact same thing - "They are through, they are healthy, they have strong immune systems and they are not getting it, nor will they give it to anyone else."

I know, this sounds simple. Just explain all the sound reasons. Know them all.

But this is definitely different. Reasoning is completely ineffective. "What about others"? ineffective. And everyone else has tried, even 96 year old grandma.

Makes me so suspicious. These people are typically kind and loving people even tho not Dems. Can you get hypnotized over the radio? Because they look like that.

PS Forgot other reason - they *think* they may have had it in 2020 because they were kinda sick one time.

brainwashing. Then add in Fox News, Newmax, OAN, news sites, and social media...oh, and their churches, if they're RW evangelists.

actually more common -- which was news to me, since as far as I can recall from running across it while growing up, it was almost always "hone in."

I've always heard hone in, but given the context of radio & radar, "home in" makes perfect sense.
I always felt like "hone in" was similar to "putting a fine point on it."
So, maybe each works better for different actual situations.

not to shun those who did get vaccinated. In other words,. " It's ok, we understand you got roped into the vaccines, but no problem just refuse the booster and you'll be back in the herd."

Just more of the same:

the fact we need a booster means the vaccines don't work

Boosters are bad because it keeps you from getting infected and keeps you from developing natural immunity

Could be that. Sometimes people just grow weary of the fight. I haven’t heard anything new from the right wing as it concerns boosters.

Empathy toward loved ones is 100% inexplicable. Loved ones they have deeply cared about their entire life. But if RW has you totally convinced that you won't get it... Then your loved ones won't get it from you ?

If they’ve cared about their family their entire life I wouldn’t think it likely for them to stop now. You know them better than I though. I haven’t heard anything from Fox News about boosters specifically. They are too busy attacking Dr. Fauci and Joe Biden about mandates and masks than the vaccines themselves. Not that I watch Fox very often but I do occasionally listen in just to see what lies they are spreading.
