RE: Betty White - Can a Presidential Medal of Freedom be awarded posthumously?
In my opinion she certainly deserves it.
Actually, when I think about it, I can almost hear her say, "Why would I want to have anything in common with Rush Limbaugh?" But perhaps that would constitute one small step towards returning the award to what it was designed to embody.
