Those blasted "survey" reward e-mails...

Are the hucksters that desperate, that they are putting out so many that I get 4-5 a DAY?

Used to be I'd get 2-3 a week.

Now I get 4-5 a DAY, even though I ignore each and every one of them.

Went to bottom of e-mails and clicked on unsubscribe links, took a few weeks to stop them all.

I get a lot of surveys from a couple of the Airlines that I fly, and I do complete them sometimes in order to receive free frequent flyer miles.

I think I can block mail from a specific address but don’t know how effective that would be. They might use various addresses like the spam phone calls I get so often.

I probably shouldn’t even say this, afraid it’ll jinx me, but I’ve been getting swamped by spam phone calls for months. Ten or more a day. The last month they started coming on weekends too. I always ignore them and block the number but they have a way to show a different number every time. I got 12 of them last Sunday a week ago, and only one since then. Maybe I finally outlasted them, I sure hope so.

Like a sister or friend, I let my machine take it.

This is why more of these telemarketers and scammers are using local hospitals and clinics.

Or businesses for spam e-mails.

Our ISP email system learns fast and directs that stuff automatically to SPAM.
Then, I never have to click anything unless it's clearly a known, trusted source. (I got tired of getting 6 emails a day from Musicians' Friend because I bought a box of string & 10 picks. Unsubscribed without concern.)
But, mostly I just hit the SPAM button.

Spam risks that they know are automatically blocked and telemarketers show up when I get their calls. If I don't know the number I don't answer and the caller gets a message to leave a text or voicemail. Emails that have something like /sams club/ or thank-you_lowes_ I just delete without opening.
