Tesla has no institutional memory. First in, but the game is long.

I own a 2L/T VW Passat, 2007. 120K Miles. Been in 3 accidents - all involving the LF driver's side.

A Deer, the 1st time - the night I took ownership. A metrobus the 2nd time, And a landscaping bush the 3rd time....long stories.

But I love this vehicle. 6 Speed manual. The car you want to drive on I-93 South Boston Merge into the tunnel....(or North). 33 mpg. and the action between 4th and 3rd is pretty crisp.

Not sure about criminal memory...you talking about Hitler and the start of VW or the fraud diesel emissions that every mfgr were using in their software??

I can say, nothing but great things with regards to handling, fuel efficiency, and performance are factored into conversation.

My next vehicle will be a 6 speed manual transmission - battery powered.

I am sure this huge move will also piss off the luddite EV haters and naysayers as well.

Tesla wants them to help create EVs.

This BS about "coming for Tesla" has to be dropped. Wrong narrative.

They have zero chance of "getting Tesla."

They may survive this huge change but will likely struggle to survive.
