President Joe Biden ...

... just reiterated what he and his party stand for: democracy, the Constitution, the rule of law, unity, peace, tolerance, truthfulness, and equality.

He honoured those who have served: our military, our police officers, our judges, and those elected to positions of power who have faithfully lived up to their oaths of office.

He vowed to protect the right of every citizen to have their vote counted, the peaceful transference of power after every election, and the principles that have guided our nation since its inception.

All of which begs the questions that Republicans need to answer:

What do you stand for?

Who do you honour?

Exactly who and what do you vow to protect?

There will undoubtedly be all kinds of responses to Joe's speech from Republicans today - but the only responses that really matter are those that directly answer those questions.
