Some political contacts of mine have been in touch with Evan McMullen's Senate campaign in Utah...

...the story is that DSCC is quietly being supportive (no serious Democratic candidate running) and that McMullen has said he won't caucus with the Republicans and won't vote for McConnell as Majority Leader.

And if McMullen is running against Lee, I don't think McConnell is counting on his vote.
