Eric Trump Burned After Clueless Rant About His Father And The Constitution

Eric Trump shared some unusual thoughts on Fox News this week about New York Attorney General Letitia James’ legal actions against his father, Donald Trump.

“She ran on the campaign promise of suing my father because she didn’t believe in his political party,” the son of the former president ranted.

James’ civil investigation is not about the former president’s politics; it’s focused on potential Trump Organization fraud, including whether the company manipulated the value of its real estate holdings.

Eric Trump complained that the suit “violates the Constitution”:

Doesn't the Constitution protect the wealthy and powerful from the same kinds of laws that us unwashed masses have to abide by? That is certainly how it appears from the outside looking in.

With a few exceptions (Cheney, Kinzinger, Romney at times) they seem to have ceded their identity over to that of a single man as opposed to any ascertainable ideas, be they right or wrong.

Have a dartboard of possible counter suits. And this day they hit "against the constitution"

Does every countersuit delay the original lawsuit?

The problem is the 70 million listeners who believe everything they hear on this network. Eric only casts one vote. They do not.
