Taking away titles is not a real punishment. HE will still be super rich with no jail time.

Girls lives ruined... rich guys won't be called Duke, Earl, etc but will still be super rich and above the law.

Makes me sick to my stomach.

But as always -- the law applies equally to the rich and poor. They both face the same punishment for stealing bread and sleeping under bridges.

No kudos for doing this, his depravities should have been acknowledged and dealt with decades ago. No credit given for doing it only when there's no chance of keeping everything quiet anymore.

Prince Andrew is widely known to be her favorite son, so she has covered for him for years.

He is still Prince Andrew and the Duke of York.

But losing patronages and HRH is a big deal.
He is officially no longer a working royal.

The lawsuit will proceed with him in the status of private citizen.
