I only say this because I saw the results of the latest quinnipiac poll... And I believe it was 61%, wanted the one six select committee to continue.

I know this won't happen probably but I wish we would hire a PR firm now to figure out the best approach for pulling the conclusion information together and getting it out to the people. There needs to be simple and succinct talking points for our best communicators.

Mail Fraud
By FindLaw Staff | Reviewed by Evan Fisher, Esq. | Last updated December 27, 2021

Mail fraud is one of the most common federal criminal charges. The following article explains what constitutes the crime of mail fraud and provides several examples.

Definition of Mail Fraud
The term fraud refers to the use of intentional deception for monetary or personal gain. The federal crime of mail fraud involves two elements: &quot 1) a scheme to defraud, and (2) the mailing of a letter, etc., for the purpose of executing the scheme."

Mailing money, contracts, things of value, or communications regarding a fraudulent deal all meet the definition. The person who mailed it can be charged and those who knowingly participated can be charged.

Mail does not necessarily need to cross state lines in order to be the basis of a federal offense. Whether delivered by the United States Postal Service, a private carrier like FedEx, or a commercial interstate carrier, the mail is an instrument of interstate commerce. When used to commit a crime of deceit, the Commerce Clause of the Constitution grants the federal government jurisdiction.

Federal mail fraud charges have been used to prosecute both white-collar crimes and organized crime mobs. Mail fraud is often part of white-collar crime cases, like financial fraud, Ponzi schemes, credit card fraud, or insurance fraud.

The International Travel Act of 1961 brought mail fraud into organized crime cases. This federal statute prohibits the use of the mail for carrying out unlawful activity or distributing the proceeds of unlawful activity. The activities the statute applies to are:

Gambling
Liquor violations and narcotics
Bribery and corruption of local officials
Labor racketeering
Extortion

Penalties for Mail Fraud
Mail fraud is punishable by a fine and imprisonment for up to 20 years. Penalties are enhanced if the crime involves a financial institution or a presidential declaration of disaster or emergency. Those convicted of mail fraud can be fined up to $1 million and imprisoned for up to 30 years.

That this was fully integrated into the overall coup attempt.

The Eastment memo outlined the strategy and it is all predicated on secondary electors. https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/politics/a37677592/trump-lawyer-memo-mike-pence-overturn-electoral-college/

The memo starts with the line “7 states have transmitted dual slates of electors to the President of the Senate.

Step 3 of the memo “At the end, he announces that because of the ongoing disputes in the 7 States, there are no electors that can be deemed validly appointed in those States. …There are at this point 232 votes for Trump, 222 votes for Biden. Pence then gavels President Trump as re-elected.

After expected protests, Step 4…”Pursuant to the 12th Amendment, no candidate has achieved the necessary majority. That sends the matter to the House, where the “the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote . . . .” Republicans currently control 26 of the state delegations, the bare majority needed to win that vote. President Trump is re-elected there as well.

I think this is important to note because it certainly appears to be more than just a bunch of yahoos playing wishful thinking. They were laying the groundwork as part of an overall coordinated effort.

I would think that there have to be coordinating communications connecting all these people to the overall plan.

She got conflicting information on whether or not she was eligible to vote, cast a ballot, it got intercepted before it was counted, and off to the hoosegow for five years.

I think that should be the rock-bottom base line for every vote these miscreants tried to nullify: Five years per ballot.
