6. I don't think there was a master plan so much as chaos with a range of options, one of which

might hit paydirt. I don't even think one plan was backing up another. It was if A can be achieved, then B or C might succeed, but D is ruled out because such and such didn't happen. For example, the bombs were discovered late morning early afternoon and defused by around 4pm I think I read. So that prevented a lot of rumors and chaos. Antifa didn't show up (why would they - to protest Joe Biden's victory???) so martial law became more than a bit of overreach and unwarranted. From what we know they could have prevented certification by Pence's absence, or they could have substituted ballots.
