I am listening to BBC overnight and Boom Boom Marcos is running to run the Philippines...

His father, you may remember, is the murderous dictator who once ran the country with his wife's 10,000 pairs of shoes.

Interviews on the street are along the lines of "Marcos? He was a great guy. There was no corruption."

Sound familiar? See, I keep saying it's a human problem. We have not evolved far enough to rule ourselves.
