15. It is. Too many Dems don't seem to grasp that Rethugs see this as war.

Gerrymandering first. Voter Suppression, Closing ballot boxes. Curbing absentee ballots, then closing voting stations. and now, refusal to recognizes the outcomes of fair elections.

This is the future for everyone if we can’t beat Republicans.

Edit: oh... purging voters. All done here.

Conservatives pay attention and network like nobody's business (thanks, right-wing billionaires!) but I'm just not seeing any urgency in many Democrats. I tune into Lester Holt in the evening to see what the masses are being spoon-fed and it's so damn manipulative (empty shelves! inflation!) I struggle through the 30 minutes.

automatic voter registration as of January 2022. Pretty much "blue" states but for Georgia and Virginia (I consider Georgia precarious and we all just witnessed what happened in Virginia, sadly...).

contact your local Dem organization. There's a county HQ, and local committeeman (title varies state to state) who might be responsible for a polling place or two. Ask what they're doing, do they need help, are they texting, gathering voter data .... if they're waiting for state party it's not good, we need to be proactive.

Yes! I'm in a fairly blue bubble (safe) but want more than anything for Madison Cawthorn to be gone. Plus, Bo Hines, the Ivy League, gun-humpin' little shit he has endorsed.

And I'm including myself in that "we." We need a Stacey Abrams in each state -- she's EFFECTIVE. Oh, wait...

But overall I'm disgusted with what's going on in this country. Fat Nixon's rally last night added to it, plus his recent comments about targeting election officials in swing states (the gist being, “It’s not the people who vote that count. It’s the people who count the votes.”). They are chipping away at the foundation with great success (school boards, local level, etc.) and I'm not sure people on "our side" fully understand the ramifications.
