New Mexico AG reviewing fake presidential electors

https://www.abqjournal.com/2461414/balderas-reviewing-fake-presidential-electors-in-nm.html

SANTA FE – Attorney General Hector Balderas is referring to federal law enforcement allegations that Republicans in New Mexico submitted a false document intended to deliver the state’s presidential electors to Donald Trump.

...

“Election laws are the foundation of our democracy and must be respected,” Balderas, a Democrat, said in a written statement Friday. “While review under state law is ongoing, we have referred this matter to the appropriate federal law-enforcement authorities and will provide any assistance they deem necessary.”

American Oversight, a watchdog group, last March obtained certificates submitted by Republicans in seven states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

New Mexico and Pennsylvania Republicans added a caveat saying it was done in case they were later recognized as duly elected, qualified electors.

Wisconsin AG Kaul is a good guy, and I have to believe that these Democratic attorney generals are working together to investigate and ultimately prosecute all of these treasonous criminals.

Somehow, cosplaying with a coyote pelt around your neck doesn't seem to make you look more like a real cowboy!

He's going to jail for fighting for Trump. Lock HIM up.

These idjiuts can't even run an election with 180 voters!

New Mexico Republican Party State Central Committee Meeting Ends in Fiasco

Here’s what happened:

The RPNM sent out a list of 180 eligible voters. And they allegedly had strict rules for who could “participate.” Despite that, quite a number of State Central Committee (SCC) members who did not register on time were allowed to sit in on the Zoom meeting. Two or three of those turned out to be “tech team” members who ran the meeting and the voting process.

Additionally, Pearce crony (and a failed state chairman in his own time) John Billingsley came up with a total number of 184 eligible voters, four more than the number of eligibles.

After much squabbling and back and forth dialog with a number of SCC members trying to get the voting system to work, the voting “ended” sometime around 7:50 PM. And it was well beyond an hour’s wait after that (and long after they had said “We’ll have the results in about 5 minutes”) before they got the results—which were wrong! ............

The new elector lists provided by New Mexico and Pennsylvania both included the qualification that the list would only be considered active if the courts came to an unappealable decision finding the election results to be in error.
