Yamiche Alcindor on Biden:

Pres Biden, in the longest news conference in presidential history, made news, pushed back on critics, called out lies, took responsibility for mistakes he believes he made, expressed surprise at GOP, talked foreign policy and didn't lash out on reporters.

Quite the change.

There is so much to say about Pres Biden's presser.

The thing that sticks w/ me is that he took responsibility for mistakes he believes he made, expressed genuine frustration w/ COVID & his agenda being stalled by GOP and Democrats & took hard questions without insulting folks.

80+% of ALL media in the U.S. is owned and controlled by Republicans. It is as simple as that.....
And anyy reporter who works for one of them, writes what the owner/editor will like, or they know they will be shown the door.......

Si I flipped to Joe. The first thing I heard was,” Before we start cluck clucking about Biden gaffes keep in mind what Trump did!” Jonathon LeMire was the one who asked Trump who he trusted. Trump trusted Putin above our Intelligence agencies. mcCaul was there, too.

Then Joe interviewed Ron McCain. Very respectful interview.

CNN insulting headline,” Trying to clean up Biden’s mistakes,” did not go over well. They failed on this one.

she's just changing jobs. In December 2021, it was announced that Alcindor had been hired by NBC News as a Washington correspondent, to start work in March 2022.[24] In connection with that change, it was reported that she would leave the PBS NewsHour in January 2022 but retain her position as host of the program Washington Week on PBS.

He is everything I was hoping for. Temperate, smart as a whip, hard working, honest, and using his vast experience to move America forward while keeping us safe at home. If we had more elected Democrats with spines - his agenda would make us the envy of the world.

Had been Pseke the one answering that question, she would have bounced that stupid question about "taking the country to the left" back on the pseudo-reporter. Why bash Sanders when Sanders is working with you? Whether some people like it or not, Sanders is one of us, he is a force to be reckoned with and should be respected. He is a progressive, the socialist crap is not even close to a definition of who Sanders is.

And as far as him being one of us, it was completely unnecessary for him to go on TV and accuse the entire Democratic Party of letting down the working class when 96% of the Democratic Caucus was going to vote for BBB.

Biggest difference between Biden and TGF, as seen from a distance:

Biden . . . I'm a servant of the American people, and will do my best for each and everyone.

TFG . . . Hah! Suckers! I'm here for what is in it for me! Gimme! Gimme! Too slow, I'm taking it!
