This why the MSM is complicit in destroying democracy

CNN front page using words like “Democrats fail to advance national protections” and “Democrats didn’t have enough support in their own party”…..when they should be saying “republicans obstruct” or “Republicans block voting rights”…..I really hate the media

It not our fault. We resent the majority of people, the R's represent the land.

North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming have 6 Senators between them and they have 2 million people in them. That is truly fucked up !

great wealth, you don't want anything to mess with your system.

Keep everything the same whether it's dysfunctional for the nation's well being or not.

The language in the Democratic talking points is tepid compared to Republicans. Don't wear boxing gloves to a gun fight. Democrats have been the patsies like the ones in professional wrestling.
Republicans get their base out to vote with effective, albeit, dissembling rhetoric. How many people who believe professional wrestling is a competitive sport vote against their own best interests. Bill Clinton was the best messenger to counter negative Republican propaganda with his rapid response to Republican prevarications. Democrats fail to get out the vote in midterm elections. Republicans have no shame.

I know that many people here don't want to hear this, but the Dem party failure to master the art/practice of message crafting and message discipline has put us at a great disadvantage culminating right about now.

It's a prime example of Murc's Law at work. Dems are singlehandedly responsible for what gets done or doesn't get done.

A former coworker who has kept in touch - a millennial, I think - does not trust Fauci, but was forced by her employer to be vaccinated. Was going to vote for Klobuchar but voted for another D woman on the ticket. Does not trust institutions, does not trust the.... Main Steam Media, getting her news from... Youtube?

I suppose if neither the left, nor the right, not Millennials, not boomers? trust the MSM, it must be doing something right.

Yes, it's beyond merely disappointing that we didn't get two votes we should have from Democrats, but that would not have mattered had just 4% of Republican senators stood up for the notion that all Americans deserve to vote. There's the real story - not a single Republican senator supports voting rights.
