How about applying the Senator TURTLE Doctrine to MANCHIN-SINEMA?

Turtle blocked President OBAMA's SCotUS nomination with the out-of-his-hat dictum that it should be delayed until after the Election.

How about if MANCHIN-SINEMA be suspended in some way until after they face and campaign specifically on the issues that they are obstructing with?

**** Yea yeah, it can't happen, although it seems that there's always a way when somebody has clout enough to make it happen.

**** While we're at it, what about all these "rules" whereby one congresscritter can block, bring everything to a standstill, obscure "parlimentarian" can carve out legislation.

Not to mention the Electoral College and all manner of archaic, anti-democracy, and anti-accomplishment knickknacks we are tied up in knots with?
