So, who think Rudy G. will be prosecuted for the "fake electors" scheme?

And just think? He was once a big time prosecutor, putting away the Mob for their illegal schemes? But Rudy G. forfeited all his glory to help a man who thinks he controls everything and everyone! A second but, Rudy is a thug himself and know exactly what he was doing!

It is not nice to spread misinformation that puts others in a position where they have to defend monsters in order to point out the truth. Don't do it.

The article stated that there was "no evidence" he was connected himself. I sincerely doubt that.

Because, you know, if your ancestors or relations did it, you're guilty.

That's a pretty primitive - and right wing - outlook.

fake electorates either. He has never been a man of honesty or integrity. He screwed up as
mayor too, especially on 9/11. As far as right wing outlooks, I'm not defending the guy.

the crimes of your relations. And without that Rule of Law, our Democracy can't stand. And we Democrats are the only ones who seem willing to defend it any more.

And besides all that, Guiliani is truly guilty of PLENTY of things you can hang on him, things that are proven and that took place before our eyes. Why make shit up? It only weakens your own case.

Trump Campaign Assembling Alternate Electors In Key States In Far-Fetched Attempt To Overturn Election

Alison Durkee

Updated Dec 14, 2020, 03:22pm EST
TOPLINE In an unprecedented move, groups of self-styled “electors” arranged by the Trump campaign in battleground states won by President-elect Joe Biden will meet Monday to vote for President Trump and send results claiming he won the states’ presidential elections to Congress, White House advisor Stephen Miller said Monday
, the latest of the president’s far-fetched attempts to challenge Biden’s victory—which, like his previous efforts, is almost entirely certain to fail."

The Michigan AG, a Democrat, has known of this for over a year and has yet to do anything about it other then recently referring the case to the Feds

"Some of the Republican officials who signed phony electoral certificates made damning admissions to a reporter in the days after Donald Trump lost the presidential election...The House select committee is investigating efforts by state-level Republicans, overseen by Rudy Giuliani and other Trump campaign officials, to send 'alternate' slates of electors to Congress, and those GOP officials told Politico's Kyle Cheney they understood what they were doing was probably against the law."

This:

"The House select committee is investigating efforts by state-level Republicans, overseen by Rudy Giuliani and other Trump campaign officials, to send "alternate" slates of electors to Congress, and those GOP officials told Politico's Kyle Cheney they understood what they were doing was probably against the law."

https://www.rawstory.com/forged-election-documents/

is different then this:

"In the chaotic days after Trump’s defeat, a handful of other GOP electors indicated in interviews that they saw merit in the emerging strategy to send alternative electors to Washington in an effort to undermine Biden’s victory.

Michigan GOP elector Meshawn Maddock said at the time that she had been researching legal options. “What I might want to do can be completely different from what we are legally capable of doing, does that make sense?” she said in an email."

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/01/21/january-6-committee-precedent-pro-trump-electors-527528

The first article implies several were aware that what they were doing was probably illegal but the sourced article states only one.

He keeps making the kind of choices that makes the law want to throw the book at a lawyer, just to affirm your own humanity.
