If not, there should be. Clearly it is a disorder that does exist. We've all known people like that. I knew a teenage boy who was severely anorexic as well as addicted to tanning beds. His appearance was so bizarre and peculiar, but he was oblivious to the fact. When he looked in the mirror, he did not see what we saw.

Of course, that could be true for most of us from time to time, but then we catch a glimpse of ourselves in a store window or see a photo and wonder, "What on earth was I thinking?" With Trump however, that self-awareness doesn't seem to click in, as he sees himself in newspapers and on television all the time. Apparently there are no "What on earth was I thinking" moments for him.
