to use it. He laughs his butt off every time the term is used on "media." He was filmed saying this on Discovery Times (jeez, I really miss that channel - co-lab with Discovery, NY Times & BBC). He is the one who came up with the term "climate change" vs Global Warming. He said is sounds kinder and less fraught. Seems, in the long run he is correct. No one wants to do anything since the term started being used. His job is GQP messaging - the hateful the better.

He used to be on CBS mornings with his GQP vs Dem focus groups. I quit taping the show after that, plus any show really on CBS (except 60 Minutes. Fixin' to stop with NBC, since they too seem to have drank the GQP kool-aid.

Bill Maher has crossed that Rubicon with his show on Friday and the "exhaustion" over mask-wearing and some gen-z stating that it is a moral failing over the masking and vax, or some such nonsense.

You know who I think is "exhausted?" Afghanistan's who fled their country, quite possibly never to see it again.

On TV, it appears that everyone left their home, went to their closest square and sent food shopping and gossiping with friends, catch up on news, etc. Here, they are living in homes closed off from everything. There is no square, shopping carts/vendors set up for them to buy from. No familiar foods, etc. I has to be quite lonely to be cut off like that from everything.

Seems like we all need a local square to buy from - might just make everyone less fraught. But mask & vaxholes still have the microphone...
